Once we have everything we need from you (copy, photos, and a clear picture of the pages and features needed), most websites take two to four weeks to design and build from scratch.
The timeline depends on the number of pages and complexity of features like logins, payment processing, or booking systems.
If you need your site up quickly due to a time-sensitive launch or event, we can fast-track delivery to one week for an extra $150.
Do you host websites, or do I need to set that up separately?
We don’t provide hosting directly, but we’re happy to help you choose a plan and get everything set up. Hosting is purchased separately through platforms like Hostinger, Bluehost, or similar providers.
Do you offer ongoing support after the website launches?
Yes. For up to three months after launch, we’ll address any functional issues that stem from the original development.
And we’re also happy to answer questions you might have as you get more familiar with how the platform and your site works, months after the website has been delivered.
Do I own my website when it's done?
Yes, the website is yours. That is one of the reasons we don’t provide hosting ourselves. You purchase your domain and hosting independently in a platform of your choice.
We are just given temporary access to your site during the build. Once we’re done, it’s all yours to manage however you’d like.
What if I don't like the initial design direction?
We don’t start development until our customers are happy with the design.
Throughout the design phase, we keep you involved in every major decision and include two rounds of revisions to make sure we get it right.
Do you work with businesses outside of Eastern Idaho?
Absolutely. While most of our clients are based in Eastern Idaho, we work with businesses regardless of where they’re located.
